Helen discovered yoga when she bought a VHS about yoga back in 2006. Big was her surprise when she noticed not just a physical change but also a mental one.

Yoga grounded her in becoming increasingly aware of her body posture and it had a calming effect on her senses. Yoga has been now a part of her life for the past 10 years.

Practicing yoga let me to grow stronger both mentally and physically with a zest to live life more fulfilled and mindfully. Yoga also taught me to be authentic, non-judgmental, and compassionate.

She loves to share her wisdom of the physical and spiritual self without enforcing it on other yogis.
