Geographer graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and with master's degrees in Remote Sensing & GIS and Territorial and Population Studies (mention in Territorial Management) obtained at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB), Spain. Work oriented to spatial analysis, engineering projects and environmental and biogeographical projects, all with the use of GIS and Remote Sensing.
