Experience within Training Requirements Authority and Training Delivery Authority environments. Also selected to coach senior multi-national personnel at the UK’s elite training Defence Academy at Shrivenham.

Now a training consultant for with commercial experience for Ernst & Young Global Limited, Corporate Document Services Defence and Security as well as training and curriculum development lead for multiple small businesses.

Other Interests

His other self-made businesses include fine dining reviewing and events hosting. Now, an award-winning food writer, Richard is one of the very few people – if not the only person – to have visited and reviewed every UK Michelin starred restaurant (first completed 2017).
