Hem Ramachandran

India born graduated in Mechanical Engineering (summa cum laude) worked at Indian Space Research organization from 1986-89 on the PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) project. Relocated in 1989 to Austin Texas to pursue graduate studies UT Austin in Mechanical Engineering.

After college, joined Applied Materials, a semiconductor manufacturing company, till 1998 and developed all aspects of the manufacture of semiconductors from wafer to chips .

Later joined Marlabs, an IT company for five years helping startup companies on web presence during the internet boom . Thereby learning all aspects of web presence - when I left I had over 700 sites hosted from Austin Downtown Datacenter on 9th and Lavaca (Collocation Solutions)

Later cut a new career path in Real Estate and started a Real Estate company, Indus Realty.

Added a mortgage company - Indus Loans LLC
