A songwriter since age 11, I have written over 500 songs. I began my recording career when my parents gave me a Montgomery Ward tape recorder for Christmas around 1967!
I became a BMI Songwriter in 1981 and a BMI Music Publisher in 1986. I was one of Billboard Magazines' Top New Country Artists of 1983. I have appeared on numerous radio & television programs and at various live venues around the USA, even as far away as Japan.
2011 found me with a song on the Kenny Rogers CD "The Love of God". Julie & I have released "Riding Waves 25", a CD of 15 new and old songs. You can purchase your copy here or at numerous locations around the web including iTunes.
Julie & I (along with our fierce guard dog Garth) have lived and worked in the Nashville area since the late 70's.
