Kelley started working as an Academic Advisor in the School of Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communication (ATEC) at UT Dallas in 2018 after spending seven years helping students with career development and internship advising at the UT Dallas Career Center. Above all, Kelley enjoys building relationships with students, alumni, faculty, and employers that will help students achieve their academic, personal, and career-related goals.
When she is not working, Kelley can be found spending time with family, reading or writing, laughing with friends on a patio somewhere, or cuddling with her two dogs, Pippin and Jake. Kelley completed her Master of Arts in Humanities with a focus on Studies in Literature at UT Dallas in 2016. Academically, she is interested in how authors of fiction philosophically explore the concepts of time and identity. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies, also from UT Dallas, and is a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
