For 25 years having my own business as consultant in growing companies and production and development processes and ready to make a new start in a really challenging environment and job where i can release my energy in a positive way.

As i`m very empathetic other like to have me in their team as a leader as they now that i also consider their points of view, doubts and concerns. Love to learn and to know as much relevant info as possible, life-time learning, wide interest. Bringing people together and get them focussed on shared goals. Social attitude and sense of responsibility assure an ideal partner, initiator and locomotive in planning and coordinating a project or in the organisation of an evenement.

A teamplayer (and solist if necessary), a stayer who loves to meet setted goals.

A celebral problem solver, loves to think about difficult problems where the solution only can be found by depth thinking and not quitting or resting until the solution is found. The intellectual challenge itself attracts me.
