Henglong Dang

Mr. Henglong Dang is a catalytic technologist and system-minded leader of human-aware innovation, specializing in translating complex socio-technical systems into prototypes, policies, and programs that scale measurable societal impact. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Strategy at DFDraw Lab, a multinational design and strategy studio, Dang directs organizational planning, structural reforms, and cross-functional coordination.
