Henley "Jr." Regisford has been a music veteran in the entertainment industry for 24 yrs, as a Music Publisher to A&R executive, music supervisor, producer manager to President and partner of a Major record label/management/Film Entertainment Company. Henley “Jr.” Regisford consistently fosters expansion at New Heights Entertainment as Partner and General Manager. His prescience and forward-thinking perspective remain driving engines at the company’s core. Born in Venezuela and raised between Trinidad and New York, “Jr.” has always genuinely loved music. Growing up a drummer, he eventually attended and played Division 1 baseball at Loyola Marymount University, actually interning for New Heights Entertainment C.E.O. and Founder Alan Melina as his first industry gig. His career includes prestigious positions such as Vice President of A&R for A&M Records, Vice Prese and consulting for the likes of TUG Entertainment/Lyric Publishing/Ultimate Group Films and running his own Big Fly Entertainment, LLC. He served as a music supervisor for movies/soundtracks including Whitney, You Got Served, The Players Club, Kazaam, Steven Bochco's series "City Of Angels" and more. Meanwhile, he’s directly worked with superstars such as JLO, Enrique Iglesias,Omarion, Sounds Of Blackness, Marques Houston, B2K, Christina Aguilera, Ice Cube, Sting, Kurupt, and more on countless award-winning, multi-platinum releases.
