I am a 28-year-old economics student who is passionate about keeping myself fit, exceeding my boundaries, setting new goals and solving problems. My future plans are to become a strategic management professional (and obviously keep myself in shape).

I have acquired a 5-year B2B and B2C sales background. Since customers are the most important thing for companies, having a sales background is an advantage in any position.

My master’s studies focus to company strategies, innovations and sustainability. What interests me the most in my studies is what sustainability can offer for companies i.e. efficiency and innovations.

Achievements

> Right after beginning my AM work I lost my most important customer (20% of yearly sales) due to customer bankruptcy. In few months I managed to cover this by identifying sales and growth potential, and by taking advantage of leads.

> Managed to get a big customer back by showing true interest to the customers business, gaining their trust and proving why we are an important business partner to co-operate with (point out how to decrease significant costs in a project).

> Bank’s internet software change process was ongoing and it required unnecessary contribution from our B2B customers. I came up with a better way of managing the change, which saved our customers time and effort.

> Master's thesis focusing to 2050 targets of low carbon economy and institutional investors (Neo-Carbon Energy Project).

> Created a marketing strategy for Marron Wood Finland Oy and their new product category BauBuche.

> Bachelor’s thesis for Pohjola Bank and Helsinki OP Corporate Bank; how to improve the process quality of Trade Finance unit services used by the corporate bank.
