Henry Zavriyev

I am the President and CEO of Leyad, a Canadian real estate company operating commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial properties across the country. My work focuses on long-term ownership, operational excellence, and building assets that create value for both businesses and communities. Over the years, I have helped grow Leyad into a national platform with properties across multiple provinces, while maintaining a focus on responsible growth and strong local relationships. Beyond real estate, I am committed to supporting healthcare, education, accessibility, and community initiatives. I serve on the boards of Tel Aviv University and the Jewish Public Library in Montreal and believe that successful businesses have a responsibility to contribute to the communities where they operate.
