Henry Criss is an executive leader with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational growth, operational transformation, and strategic leadership across healthcare, government, and mission-driven enterprises. Known for building high-performing teams and leading organizations through periods of complexity and change, he brings a multidisciplinary leadership approach grounded in operational excellence, financial stewardship, and people-centered culture.
As CEO of Fraum Health on Hilton Head Island, Henry leads one of the region’s premier restorative medicine and wellness organizations, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, organizational development, clinical operations, and cross-functional team leadership. Under his leadership, the organization has continued to evolve through innovation, integrated care delivery, and a strong emphasis on service excellence and long-term organizational sustainability.
A Marine Corps veteran and former public sector executive, Henry’s career spans executive healthcare management, public administration, organizational change, finance, policy, and business operations. His diverse leadership background has equipped him to navigate complex environments, align teams around shared vision, and execute strategies that improve organizational performance while strengthening culture and stakeholder trust.
Henry is recognized for a leadership style that combines strategic thinking with servant leadership principles, empowering individuals and teams to perform at their highest level while maintaining mission alignment and accountability.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion and a Master of Public Administration from Liberty University, as well as an MBA from The Citadel Graduate College. Henry is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), and is an alumnus of Leadership South Carolina, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber Leadership Program, and the South Carolina Local Government Leadership Institute.
