I am a highly experienced, multifaceted professional in the automotive and mobility industry with hands-on experience that spans from starting out as a technician on the workshop floor to leading operations and building business systems.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different roles in the industry, including vehicle maintenance & repairs, warranty management, spare parts procurement and inventory management, fleet operations, business development and even overseeing entire business operations.

This journey has helped me understand not just how vehicles work, but also how to run efficient operations, build strong teams, and deliver real value to customers.

I’ve led teams, trained both technical and non-technical staff, and worked closely with customers and partners to improve service quality and overall business performance. I enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and finding smarter ways to get things done.

Beyond operations, I’m also comfortable with technology and using data to drive better decisions.

What drives me is continuous improvement. I’m always looking for ways to grow, innovate, and contribute to building better systems in the automotive and mobility space.
