After spending years traveling abroad to places like Israel, South Africa, Uganda and Italy, Henry Froats returned to his home state of Pennsylvania to work in the oil and gas industry. His very first job in the industry was as an oil field worker. Froats worked long hours in the field, and eventually, someone took notice. In October 2010, he was promoted to Operations Supervisor for Red Oak Water Transfer, based in Avella, Pennsylvania. While working for the company, Froats was responsible for the daily operations of 35 oil field workers. He credits his success to hard work and dedication.
In 2011, Red Oak Water Transfer became Rockwater Energy Solutions, a service company whose mission is to provide customized fluids, such as water, to the oil and gas industry. Froats remained with the new company and was promoted as its Business Development Manager. He is now responsible for seeking out new opportunities within the oil and gas industry, while expanding business relationships with Rockwater's current customers. In his new role as Business Development Manager, Froats also assists Rockwater's Region Vice President with his day-to-day duties, while making it a point to personally meet with new and potential clients.
Working for the oil and gas industry, however, is just one facet of Henry Froats' life. In addition to his love of travel, Froats has a fondness for public speaking. He was previously a member of Toastmasters International, a nonprofit communication and leadership organization with clubs all over the world.
