Henry Liang’s reputation was built on his extensive experience and professional relationships with executives in the private mortgage, consumer banking, and retail investment industries. He has worked with a variety of individuals and families in need of jumbo loans. His expertise in this area helped him secure the position of National Sales Director, Private Mortgage Banking, for Prospect Mortgage. In this role, Henry Liang instituted the company’s private lending group for the largest retail mortgage bank in the United States, which helped Prospect Mortgage expand its horizons by offering jumbo and super jumbo loans during a time when other mortgage firms had few options in this field.
Prior to launching his professional career, Henry Liang enrolled at California State University, Northridge. He graduated in the early 1990s with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and concentrations in Financial Services and Real Estate. Several years later, Henry Liang went on to Pepperdine University, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on investment theory in 1998.
