Henry Goodelman
Growth Strategist in Brooklyn, New York
For many years, I traded campus quads for solar panels. Today I help organizations grow through community outreach, training, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and innovative workflow design.
With academic roots in psychology and higher education, I unexpectedly found a second career leading sales training, community outreach, and lead generation initiatives throughout the renewable energy industry. That experience now complements my work in behavioral health and social services, where I enjoy applying the same principles of relationship building, education, organizational planning, and creative problem solving to help expand programs and connect more people with valuable resources.
I've led training programs across the country, coached managers, recruited and onboarded new teams, built partnerships, supported nonprofit initiatives, and helped thousands of homeowners and professionals move forward with confidence. Along the way, I founded ReJews to promote sustainability, strengthen communities, and support social entrepreneurs through practical environmental initiatives. Renewable energy remains one of my greatest passions, and I'm always happy to help homeowners explore whether solar is a good fit for their property.
One of the things I enjoy most is crafting better systems. Whether designing outreach strategies, innovating workflows, leveraging AI, building websites, writing code, or finding new ways to help organizations scale, I'm always looking for practical solutions that make good ideas easier to execute.
Leading training around the country gave me the opportunity to explore dozens of cities, discover new beaches and pool clubs, and meet incredible people along the way. While I loved life on the road, these days I'm equally happy building programs, creative projects, and partnerships closer to home in Brooklyn.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me reading, biking, catching live music, brainstorming new ideas, or helping turn ambitious projects into reality.
