Henry Thomson

Working with people is a specific job not everyone is cut out for. Sometimes you have to deal with unpleasant characters or settle disputes, comes with the territory I guess. Most of the time though, we manage to keep customers happy and coming back for more. The company I work for is a man and van business based in Bloomsbury, we are pretty busy most of the time so my role as a customer relations manager can be stressful at times. I keep my wits and cool about me though, think my team and I are doing a good job.
