Hephzibah is an innovative and phenomenal leader who creates value as a multiplier wherever she finds herself.

She combines her skills in critical thinking, leadership, team player, excellent communication, and creativity to solve administrative and technical problems within organizations, businesses, and communities with the aim of creating value.

She has immense experience and knowledge across diverse projects globally from business consulting to technical research, project management, software engineering, data analysis, and social impact projects among other international volunteer roles. She completed the prestigious 10-week engineering 2023 summer analyst internship at Goldman Sachs International- London, UK. Some of the organizations she has worked in include: College of Wooster, USA- AMRE, diiVe & Radian Consulting-SA &, Open Society University Network-USA, SciencesPo-France, Societe Generale- GH, & Ashesi University-GH

As a unique and impactful leader, she has been recognized with the highest award in her university which is called the President Award. She was awarded this due to her efforts in exemplifying the core pillars of the university which are Scholarship, Leadership, & Citizenship ( SLC) throughout her undergraduate journey.

As a Computer Science graduate(honors), she thrives in a diverse and global environment where she can learn from other people, and contribute her skills in delivering excellent results on assigned tasks. She is passionate about using her skills in project management, software development, and data analysis in generating increased business operations and efficiency.
