Armed with four different degrees, Herman Allen Autry thereafter went to blaze an exceptional career trail that was in direct complement to such a remarkable educational background. Aside from a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, Herman Allen Autry also holds a Bachelor of Laws honors degree from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C.) from Hugh Wooding Law School. Herman had successfully achieved a lot at Mittal-Arcelor and BG Group in various posts at the renowned companies. Joining Mittal-Arcelor in 1996, Herman Allen Autry successfully handled the challenges of a four-year stint with the world's largest and leading steel company. Herman's high responsibility posts at Mittal-Arcelor were: Deputy Manager for Procurement; Administrative Coordinator for the DR3 project; and Deputy Manager for Marketing. It was in 2006 when Herman Allen Autry officially became a part of another progressive company, the BG (British Gas) Group. With BG being a world leader in oil and natural gas, Herman Allen Autry was poised for yet another challenging chapter of a promising career. Herman's various high-profile positions at BG Group were: as Lead Contracts Engineer at BG International, the company's UK corporate headquarters; as Manager for Corporate Responsibility at BG Americas & Global LNG; and as Social Performance Manager for BG Trinidad and Tobago
