I am self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others. I have excellent planning and organisational skills as an individual and within a team, offering a wealth of experience in all HR and some other fields. I enjoy dealing with people and have spent my working life providing an excellent service, technical and intellectual. I am a very strong believer in staff recognition and staff improvement. I am capable of exceptional communication skills technically, verbally and written, and can communicate with people at all levels. I am competent in following instructions to a high degree, also able to work proficiently unsupervised or within a team.
I am a senior human resources executive skilled and hands-on at: high level strategic decision making, management coaching, recruitment, manpower planning, training and development, general management, community development, industrial relations, government relations, payroll, customer relations and business development. I am currently a Consultant/Senior Analyst at Ma’aden Gold & Base Metals Company. I have a keen interest in studying snakes, other reptiles and spiders and am also a member of herpetological and arachnidan associations in South Africa. I also love to paint and am an avid reader.
