Chiyo Minazuki, known as CHI, born in 2002. A full-born Japanese artist currently based in Seoul, South Korea. She’s known for her soft vocal tone and emotional delivery, often described as the voice you hear in dreams. Though she keeps a quiet online presence, her voice has been passed around in lowkey demo links, private playlists, and whispered recommendations.
