Steve Lopez-Hernandez

Steve Lopez-Hernandez is a second year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Steve has a motto, “do something different every day.” If he doesn’t do something different he tries to learn something new. He will spend from half an hour to an hour on learning about something he is interested in. He likes to learn everything about a certain thing; he feels it’s important to know even the smallest of detail. Steve is determined to be the best he can be, in everything that he does, he will always go the extra mile. He takes pride in his work therefore he does a task to the best of his ability no matter how big or small. He understands mistakes will be made along the way, if a mistake is made, and it is his fault he will take full responsibility for his actions and look for a way to correct it, if he does not know how to correct the problem he will go to someone who does to receive advice, so that he will not make the same mistake in the future. Steve’s goals are to earn his bachelor’s in Management by the end of 2015, and afterwards head to law school. He plans on working for a DA for awhile to start off with, then joining a firm where he will be able to practice corporate law.
