My name is Jamie Hernández, I’m a transplant from New York City, and now located in Nashville, Tennessee. My background includes fine arts, and graphic design (IADT. I acquired a degree in Photography from Nössi College of Art that focuses on studio lighting, and commercial work.
I grew up in a culinary household, and I have a strong understanding in how a chef envisions their delicious creations. My images are composed of delightful, and exquisite foods, which are entrancing to look at.
I capture the impromptu moments in live music events that are vibrant, and vivacious. Along with food, and musicians I also photograph people with a story, which I accentuate the essence of their character in every photograph.
My personable and lively personality allows me to capture moment that speaks to an audience.
I worked for Autism Speaks, Antique Archeology, American Advertisement Federation, Musician’s Hall of Fame, and Two Bits. I currently contribute for Music News Nashville, Nashville Scene, and Nashville Lifestyles Magazine.
