Hernando is a social entrepreneur with over 15 years experience as director and assessor in international strategy, social innovation and public management roles.
Hernando majored in finances and administration from the ITESM University, he also earned two Masters degrees, the first in Public Sector Reform from Bradford University in the Great Britain, and the second in Industrial Engineering & Technology by the Anahuac University. More recently Hernando studied an Executive program in Singularity University (NASA Ames, Silicon Valley).
Singularity University and “La Ciudad de las Ideas” named him 2013 Gifted Citizen for solving social problems through innovation, technology and Silicon Valley best practices.
Hernando founded Social Value Institute® - a social business dedicated to establishing a new reality for organizations, social projects and programs, initially in Mexico and Latin America.
