Hernando Hoyos

Hello Class,

My name is Hernando Hoyos and I am a first year graduate student in the Information Management program at this university. My parents are both Colombian and i was named after my grandfather Jorge Hernando Hoyos. My middle initial is A for Andres but I am not really sure why my parents gave me that name. I was born and grew up in a small town called Inwood on Long Island which is in the state of New York I currently live in New Rochelle, NY I have two brothers and one sister

I am currently an intern at JPMorgan at the Technology Center here at Syracuse University

My Hobbies

• Jogging
• One of my goals for this semester is to run a 5K in under 27 minutes
• I am into cars and more specifically German imports
• I have a dog named Jake, who is a half golden retriever half husky mix
• I like to play basketball every once in a while
