I am an outdoor fresh air goddess. I find myself in nature everyday as it is so good for the heart and soul.

When you surround yourself with great people in wonderul places with amazing energy - great things happen.

Over the past 20 years I have met the most incredible people through my fresh air journey. We love snowshoe blue days - hiking in the west coast rainforest - and paddling on the peaceful waters of Indian Arm.

There are too many people chasing the dream everyday in our major cities. They have not found out that the dream is now - today - right here! If you stop for a moment - you will realize we are in the dream. Do not wait too long to find your happy place and start living your life.
