"CHANGING THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER,BY HELPING THOSE WHO HELP OTHERS"

My mornings usually starts off with a friendly request, "Hey_Mike_Perez, what do you know about…" on any number of topics that STEM from a problem that needs a penetrating exploration of that problem. This often requires a massive amount of brainstorming using a systems-thinking approach involving convergence across multiple disciplines, domains and industries, to gain an understanding of what the possible externalities might be, both positive and negative, in order to mitigate and manage them, to achieve optimum efficiency in maximize the results in solving that problem.

On a larger scale, this is often achieved by simply understanding the complex interactions of seemingly unrelated progresses, that makeup a larger system, consisting of experts in silos of specializations within sub-parts of that system, who being highly specialized, do not have access and experience with the other parts of the system, to know how to effectively communicate and interact with these other highly specialized silos within that same system that they are a part of, therefore they have no understanding of the impact of their actions on the other parts of that system and how that, in and of itself, often leads to their creating the very problems they are often the most challenged by.

At this level, my main task is understanding the interaction of all those parts and understanding the entire process of that system, like a BSA, so that I can serve as a "connector" to bring those disparate "mavens" (experts) together so they can effectively collaborate together. On a lower level, on a small scale, this often involves understanding the sub-components of convergent technology, making sure all those sub-components are optimally set, to work as intended.

Paradoxically, the more seemingly complex the problem, the simpler the solution is, as it is understanding the complexity of the system that leads one to understand that, as in life, it is all about the quality of the interaction.
