The words I think, It looks like, I believe should not be in the glossary of a problem solver. I have earned Proven records of solving complex projects on component and system level type problems. Key success in a project is to define specifically and numerically the current and future state of the project definition. The commitment for the future organization is to set specific measurable and achievable and prove with data driven approach the improvement. Lots of good efforts and problem solving projects takes place in many organizations but may fall short in two categories;1-Are these the highest projects for ROI(Return on investment)2-Has the control phase being well established before we walk away from the project in order to constantly monitor the success of the corrective actions.I enjoy working in continuous improvement environment where the daily demand to improve what we are doing today is growing day by day. In a nutshell whatever we do well today is not enough for tomorrow's performance. The current demanding industry standards require the modern organizations to spend relentless efforts to be ahead of the game of competitors. Each organization must fully understand the market segment for the targeted customer and tailor the daily activities minute to minute to specifically achieve the desired value in the product/services the customer is looking for.The main questions could be:Do we know who the customer is?What does he like? What specific features makes our product stand out from competitors? When does he like it?Where does he find it?How does he buy it?What other products can be associated with the original product as a complementary product in order to increase the number of sold products to the same customer? How do we track all these factors on a regular basis and change our strategy according to the data and trends. I hope I will not work in the future for companies which doesn't constantly adopt their strategy to these factors and do not define their strategy as dynamic, responsive and data driven from the customer responses. If organizations don't adopt their business strategies according to the geographic/demographic characteristics of the potential customer than the risk will be whether not meeting the customer expectations or not achieving high ROI(Return On Investment). If your organization has high ROI traced to every employees activities, then this could be my future organization.
