What do I think about in my moments of silence? I think about how continuing medical education has a direct correlation to good health outcomes. These silent thoughts have driven my passion for the Missing Link to Improved Health Outcomes (the Mi-LHO initiative), which aims to increase access to continuing medical education for healthcare professionals in Africa. My goal? To make a difference in the lives of others, and in doing so, a small difference in the world.
