Heidi Francis

Heidi is a seasoned communication specialist, with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise is in church communications, but also has extensive experience working with non-profits and independent entrepeneurs. She understands how to engage the individual, the target audience, and the community at large. Heidi especially enjoys teaching organizations how to build a strong, recognizable brand, how to use affordable web resources for their communication and marketing needs, and how to build easy to use, functional websites.

In addition to her business, Heidi serves on the Board of Directors of Trinity Lutheran College. In her down time, she enjoys using social media to stay connected, working out at the local Y, traveling, and spending time with her family.
