I’m a people-centered HR and organizational leader with over 20 years of experience guiding workforce transformation across the private sector, nonprofit, and government. I’ve led global people strategy across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the United States, specializing in stabilizing organizations through periods of growth, complexity, and change.

My work focuses on aligning people strategy with business and mission outcomes — modernizing HR systems, strengthening leadership accountability, navigating compliance and labor environments, and building equitable, scalable people practices. I’ve served as a trusted advisor to executives, boards, and senior leadership teams across unionized, public safety, and globally funded environments.

I also work as a leadership coach, supporting leaders through pivotal transitions with clarity, cultural intelligence, and a trauma-informed approach. Based in New York, I believe strong organizations are built when rigor, humanity, and purpose are aligned.
