Also, I promote Agile adoption using #ScrumOrganico which states that the adoption should be taken as a iterative and incremental project avoiding an all-or-nothing mindset.

As a member of the Agile Latam community I do talks in conferences, events and universities about Scrum and other related topic such as Kanban, Visual Management, Kaizen, Productivity and Japanase-style management.
