I always try to be fair. At my job and private. Try to motivate people to get the most out of their situation. Not always easy, but at least I try. I support my team where ever I can, share my expertise and as well learn from them.

One person can not succeed....A team with different characters, skills and views will bring the success. One person is not a team! People seem to forget that!

I teach my colleagues to share success. That is something we have forgotten as well.

Why can't we collaborate? Why can't we share?
