I am a recently diagnosed mental health and therapy patient who is beginning the path to finding the route of all my evils and the mechanisms to cope, structure and eliminate my symptoms.

More generally I am a 20 year old HR and Payroll Professional who is working my way up in a Local Authority organisation.

A self-assertive, confident and motivated individual.

An out-and-proud lesbian with a wonderful support system made up of a small family, and wonderful partner.

I am using this blog as a medium of recording my session experiences, findings, improvements, losses/gains and general impacts.

I will be posting session reviews, thoughts in between and things I have noticed on my journey to a happier, more self-understanding me.

I welcome as little or as many readers, but will not be sharing this with those close to me until the end of my journey.
