ABOUT QUEEN CHIDINMA BENSON

Her ardor for Hibiscus is such that she has chosen it to replace the name title of "Miss". Hence, she prefer to be addressed as "Hibiscus Queensley Benson" instead of "Miss Queensley Benson".

She is a native of Abia State,a 2019 graduating student of Banking and Finance in the Unique University of Port Harcourt,and her interest revolves around AI,Finance,Entrepreneurship,Creative-writing,Event/TV-Hosting and Impact-making.

Hibiscus Queensley is a prolific writer, a storyteller and the founder of LITE HIBISCUS Enterprise.

Over the years, she has held a couple of leadership positions thereby building capacity in various ways.

She has served thrice as a Financial Secretary in Impact Leaders Club Nigeria,CARITAS Foundation and RCCG,Region 5;Province 11, which has improved her personal accountability skills.

Moreso, she has served as a Director of Membership in Impact Leaders Club and as a United Bank For Africa's(UBA) Campus Ambassador which advanced her social/peoples skills and marketing skills.

Been a semi-finalist at the Unilever Ideatrophy 2018, stretched her problem solving ability and enhanced her knowledge on re-branding and setting up a 360 degree marketing plan and as an assistant administrator of 360 Volunteer Network, she aids in overseeing the activities of all team Coordinators and volunteers. She is also an assistant campus director of HultPrize On-Campus Competition.

Furthermore, Her participation in volunteering and impact oriented activities has contributed largely to her network build-up.

As a young orphan of 21years, instead of becoming a pitypaty, her resiliency has sprouted up a business idea that provides solution to the illnesses that caused the demise of her parents and the idea revolves around the beautiful Hibiscus Flower. Little wonder, she's fondly addressed as 'Hibiscus Queen'.

She is a dogged opportunity seeker who would never give up even when it seems like a last option. One favourite quote of hers is "Giving up is equivalent to physical death, I can't give up and still feel alive".

Lastly, she is a value oriented gem who believes in adding value with her skills and creativity, whenever and wherever she finds herself.

She also believes in grabbing lessons from every encounter. Little wonder she started the storytelling publication of real life stories and lessons.

She is also the editor in chief of of Hibiscus Tales Magazine, a storytelling publication.
