Notably, as Program and Operational Manager for Creative Europe Desk Tunisia under the esteemed EU program Creative Europe, Hazar played a pivotal role in project promotion, forging strategic partnerships, and fortifying sectoral networks.
Demonstrating adeptness in navigating intricate institutional collaborations encompassing public sector establishments, international organizations, civil society, and the private sector, Hazar excels in financial acumen and comprehensive reporting. Previous engagements include valuable contributions to diverse domains, including systems, technical assistance, monitoring, evaluation, and operations at renowned training institutions, notably the International Montessori School of Tunis and Sidi Bou Said Conservatory of Music from 2012 to 2018.
