Hi, my name is Phạm Quang Hiếu. In the last few years, I considered myself as a person who always had a plan for everything. I believed that everything I did, even mistakes, had a meaning, so instead of regret, I try to find out things to learn from it.

Last year at university is a very tough time, because of neither pressure from finding a job nor studying, but I lost my belief of who I will be and what I will do. At the moment, I am still on the way answering the question, but I have a plan to do this.

In my point of view, our world is a ship on endless journey, in which, technology acts as navigator, without it, we go nowhere, or stand or even return to the beginning. However, things existed in a long time are very hard to breakthrough. Human’s lifestyle is a typical example. We need time to change people habits. I had an opportunity to change “a habit” in early 2014 when I joined in a start-up team named QADA. The QADA application focused on Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. However, we were not successful with our product. There were two main reasons for the failure: first of all was about the way to use QADA application. It extended both back and front stage process of F&B service place – some owners understood benefits but service staffs were not willing to change their working habit. The second reason was about marketing budget. Normally, in Hanoi, owners of F&B service spent nearly nothing for marketing and communication with customers, but free channels. Those owners did not want to change their habit of using money. However, getting more and more interested in specializing in technology and lifestyle, I decided to provide myself with more knowledge and experience in this field.
