Mary Higgins

Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Educated in Bennington, Vermont. Currently residing in Portland, Oregon.

I freelance poetry, short-stories, and editorial articles. I also copy-edit on the side.

I'm very involved with the Portland based not-for-profit Independent Publishing Resource Center, where I am an open hours volunteer and the zine-of-the-month coordinator. I also run M. Press Designs where I make prints, drawings, cards, zines, and other papercrafts to sell on Etsy.

In my free time I like to read cheesy young adult novels, watch anime, play PC games, and chill out with my caliby cat named Baby.
