Otunba (High Chief) Nathaniel B. Styles, Jr.’s career for the past 30 years has focused on Sustainable International Relations with an emphasis on Cultural and Economic Revitalization for Indigenous Communities, in the United States, Africa and The Caribbean. Otunba Styles was the youngest South Florida Resident to receive a Chieftaincy Title: Nana Kwaku Ankobeahene II at Kwahu in the Kumasi Region of Ghana, December 1996.

April 2011 Otunba Styles was enstooled the Otunba Fosungbade of Alayemore Kingdom, Ido Osun, Nigeria. Witnessing this historic event were representatives of the Ooni of Ife, Ataoja of Osogboland the Yeye Osun of Osogbo, The Aworo Osun, Chief Priests and Priestesses from the Osun Palace Shrine in Osogbo. Also present were representatives of the Osun and Oyo State Governors as well as their Ministries of Culture, Tourism and National Orientation. In Yoruba Land, the position of Otunba or Otun Oba is the right hand of the Oba or King.

During the King's Day 2012 Celebration Styles received an additional title of Otunba from His Royal Majesty Alase Oba Adefunmi, the Monarch of Oyotunji African Village located in Sheldon, Beaufort County, USA.

Otunba began his Ifa/Orisa Initiations in 1970, fulfilling his destiny to re-unite his family in the Turtle Islands (Americas) who have Distinguished themselves in the fields of: Spirituality, Travel/Trade and Tourism, Education, Government and Inventors, with the Ancient Traditions and Customs of their West African Yoruba and Mende Ancestors.

On August 2nd, 1998 at the request of Ghana’s President JJ Rawlings, Chief had the honor of hosting a US Delegation to Ghana, West Africa, for the 1st Emancipation Celebration. Distinguished members of the delegation included: Oba Efuntola Oseijeman Adefunmi I & Chief Ajamu (iba ase) . This was the 1st re-internment of the remains of Africans enslaved in America. The location the remains were found in, is known as, Wallstreet’s African Burial Ground .

London-England, Rome-Italy & Lagos-Nigeria are three of the cities Chief Styles spent time in during his developmental years, honing his skills in Public Diplomacy, International Relations, Sustainable Trade and Development, gaining formal University training, as well as practical experience.

Chief Styles was the first to successfully distribute Authentic Indigenous Products, which he designed & manufactured in Africa, throughout JC Penney, America
