High Angle Driveline

For more than a decade, High Angle Driveline has engineered and manufactured high-quality custom parts for four-by-four vehicles, including shaft kits, drivelines, and driveshafts. High Angle Driveline uses leading-edge equipment and technology to produce safe, well-crafted products that meet all customer needs. The shop currently boasts a Lagun CNC machine, an Axiline Balancer, and three WW2 machines.

Jesse Jaynes, who possesses more than 25 years in the industry, founded the company after gaining experience with a variety of drivelines at his father's shop, where he began working as a youth. Today, High Angle Driveline focuses on meeting tough driveline needs, including high angles and high torque application. Jaynes oversees a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals dedicated to creating customized products that offer unique solutions to customer problems. Recently, the company began offering in-house broaching, and it currently manufactures more than 15 versions of flanges.

Devoted to innovation, High Angle Driveline offers a distinctive drive shaft that uses constant-velocity (CV) joints constructed from 1-ton U-joints and other, secret components to accommodate angles up to 80 degrees. In contrast, traditional CV joints only accommodate angles up to about 32 degrees. The revolutionary product earned the company a great deal of attention and solidified Jaynes' reputation for excellence.
