Hi everyone! My name is Hilaria Rogers. I run a healthy living website, HIlaria's Healthy Living! My hopes are to help others lose weight and get healthier, share some really fantastic recipes, inspire others anyway I can and to make everyone laugh as often as I can. I have three beautiful children, Taylor (22), Dillon (20) and Benjamin (13), who are my world!
