I've worked in the social sector for 20 years, helping foundations and community organizations envision and achieve lasting change locally and globally.

My areas of expertise include organizational assessment and strategic design, program implementation and improvement, impact storytelling, and redefining the role philanthropy plays in addressing our most pressing social challenges .

Over the years, I've worked to advance human rights, women's rights, drug policy reform, racial equity, food sovereignty, and climate justice in the US and Latin America.
