2 years ago, Fitness did not mean a thing to me. Similar to most Fitness Journeys, I started because I wanted to look good. I cared about what other people thought about me and Running was my only escape. The more I ran, the more my Self Esteem grew. I did feel better about myself but I did not have any Self Love within me.

I declared war with food. I would only eat “Clean” food and whenever I ate processed foods, I would run longer and trained harder. I did not enjoy life even when I seemed to be.

I found balance when I learned to accept myself for who I truly am. There’s no need to be Miss Perfect, My past don’t define me and Life will always be a life-long lesson.
