Christian Hill-Briggs

Christian is a twenty-year old member of the business faculty at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. Joining Algonquin College in the fall of 2015, in the Business Administration program; he majored into the International Business division of the program. Outside of school, Christian can be found indulging in one of his favorite Alfred Hitchcock films or out for some beer & tacos with his friends.

Within the next 3-5 years, Christian’s goals include graduating from the Business Administration program at Algonquin and succeeding to the bridged-program with Nipissing University to complete his BBA. Upon completion of school, Christian’s ideal plan is to move to a larger urban area in comparison to Ottawa, like Toronto or Vancouver. Currently employed by J. Crew, he is eager to pursue and explore corporate opportunities within the company.

Longer term, his main goal is to maintain a career; ideally finding a job and climbing the corporate ladder. Finding and maintaining a career, falls second however to a primary goal of being fulfilled by what he does day-to-day. Going into the future, his primary focus is to build and uphold fun & professional relationships which will ultimately help to make his career and life more fulfilling.

Remaining enthusiastic and realistic about the future is a focus which Christian tries to take into each day. Reminding himself of his goals and the knowledge he will need to achieve them in order to stay on track.
