I am the VP for the Telecommunications Industry for IBM Global Business Services across Europe and am responsible for IBM’s business consulting, systems integration and application management services work for all of our clients in this Industry.

I have over 25 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry. I have a proven track record in leading large scale Business Transformation engagements across the BSS, OSS and ERP domains for both national and international clients. My specific technical skills include leading large scale OSS and Customer Care and Billing Transformation programmes for start up and incumbent operators.

In the course of over 25 years in IT delivery, I have also gained experience in project management, supplier relationship management and all stages of the systems implementation lifecycle on a variety of multi-national client assignments across a range of market sectors.

Prior to this role, I was the Communications Sector Leader for UK and Ireland. My responsibilities included leading our consulting business across the Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, and Media & Entertainment Industries.
