I am a Haṭha Yoga and Meditation teacher with training aligned with the standards established by the Yoga Certification Board (Ministry of AYUSH), the Indian Yoga Association (IYA), and Yoga Alliance (YA). My research interests include the history, philosophy, and practice of yoga, Sanātana Dharma, Advaita, as well as the intellectual history of India's Freedom Fighters.

Beyond my professional work, I remain committed to supporting the education and training of future generations of yoga practitioners in my country and abroad.

Originally from Barcelona, a city I will always call home, I now divide my time between the Himalayas, the Pyrenees, and the Alps.
