Howdy, I’m Hina. I am an Ontario Certified Teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience in Ontario and internationally. I have a Masters in Education, and a Masters of Arts in Economics. I have taught in both public and private school settings and have worked with students across a wide range of ages, abilities, and learning needs.

I am passionate about teaching young learners and creating positive early learning experiences that help children feel confident, capable, and excited to learn. I believe that every child learns differently and that teaching should begin with understanding the learner, their strengths, their needs, and what motivates them.

I encourage my students to see challenges as opportunities to grow and mistakes as an important part of learning. Rather than focusing only on getting the right answer, I help students understand their thinking, ask questions, persevere through challenges, and develop the confidence to try again.

My goal is to create a classroom where students feel supported, respected, curious, and confident in their ability to learn.
