A national board certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Success Coach, Educational Consultant, and Author, Herman possesses over 10 years of experience providing professional developmental services to individuals, organizations, and communities alike. In 2010, Herman founded HIP Enterprise, LLC, a boutique coaching and consulting service that specializes in providing a variety of professional developmental services that enhances the value of human and organizational capital.
With professional experiences stretching across works in customer service, hospitality & tourism, experimental psychology, professional counseling, and solution-focused brief therapy within the human services and education industries, Herman, A 2009 and 2011 EnVest Foundation Philanthropic Award Recipient, has spent the majority of his career encouraging the quality of life in others. Strategically aligning the necessity of career, personal, and professional development with the human desire for self-development, he finds the ability to assist and help others evolve through the positive change process his most rewarding and fulfilling contribution to society to date.

He's committed to the movement of progression and developing others through solution-focused coaching methods and his literary works. Herman holds an A.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Trident Technical College, B.A. degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina, M.S. degree in Counseling from the University of the District of Columbia, and is currently completing his Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration specializing in Community College Leadership from Morgan State University.
