Just wanted to introduce myself so you could get to know the person behind the blog. I have always enjoyed writing and I have been in search of a good way to express myself. What a better way than a personal blog.

I am a beauty school drop out (go ahead, take a moment to sing it. lol) because I became a teen mom. I am now a wife and mother of 3 who works full-time as a pediatric oncology nurse.

I have 2 daughters who have inspired and enabled my addiction to all things beauty. From Philadelphia & Manhattan, we strive to bring you the latest in beauty. I always research and rely heavily on product reviews when making a purchase and hippylip was born out of my desire to write and bring you honest reviews for informed consumer decisions.
