I am an Orthopedic Surgeon who specilializes in Hip and Knee replacement and revisions. I have been in private practice over 16 years. I am a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), and I have been certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons (ABOS). I completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction and Revision surgery of the Hip and Knee.

Regarding my surgical work, I do my best to do the work correctly the first time. I use up-to-date, proven technology, to assist me to give the best possible care to my patients. Over the years we have seen many "latest and greatest" surgical techniques turn out to be disasters. We have also seen implants be recalled for unacceptable results. I hope to use my knowledge and experience to bring to the patients the latest technology that can help the implant last as long as possible for the patient. I was an early adopter of the ceramic hip replacement. This implant has been available for more than 10 years and has shown a reduction in wear. I also was an early user of computer assisted knee replacement surgery. This has proven very useful in restoring alignment in patients with severe deformities.
